TBI Asset Management is among the founders of the Bulgarian Association of Asset Management Companies (BAAMC), which was established on November 30, 2004 by eight licensed management companies. Since its establishment, TBI Asset Management, is the Chairman of the management Board of the Association to  July 2011.

As a member of BAAMC, the Company participates actively in all of its events, including in the presentation of the activity of the Association at the International Financial Exhibition “Banks Investments Money” (Plovdiv, February 2005), in the seminars held for journalists (Borovetz, November 2005), in the training of students conducted in accordance with the program of Foundation A. Burov – module Contractual Funds (Bankia, September 2006) etc.

The Company contributes actively for the drafting by the Association of proposals for amendments of the Public Offering of Securities Act and the acts of the secondary legislation for its implementation for the purpose of harmonization of our national securities legislation with the acquis of the European Union in that field.
