The sole proprietor of TBI Asset Management EAD as from 01.08.2011 is TBIH Financial  Services Group N.V. – The Netherlands, holding 100% of Vienna Insurance Group AG – Austria, i.e. Vienna Insurance Group AG – Austria is an indirect sole proprietor of TBI Asset Management EAD.

The contract for the sale-purchase of managing company TBI Asset Management EAD and the investment broker TBI Invest EAD was concluded on 02.11.2010 and after the permission of the Commission on Protection of Competition and the approval of the Financial Supervision Commission it was finalized.

It is an indirect proprietor of ZAD “Bustrad Vienna Insurance Group”, “Bulstrad Zhivot Vienna Insurance Group”, ZOD “Bulstrad Zdrave” AD, VIG Services Bulgaria, and since 2010 – of POK “Doverie” AD. The last companies affiliated to the family of VIG are the managing company TBI Asset Management EAD and the investment broker TBI Invest EAD.
