performance of cashless payments for the account of the investment company 

disposal of entrusted therewith assets of the investment company only on instruction by the authorized persons save in cases where such instructions are contradictory to the law or the Articles of association of the investment company or to the depositary services agreement

controlling the calculation of the net asset value, the issue value and redemption price of the shares performed by the asset management company.
